Cancellations

$100 Cancellation

We understand that things come up of fall through. We have a 24 hours cancelation policy in place. If you need to cancel a project please do so prior to 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee!

Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

On Site Cancellations

Please ensure that the property is ready to go when the photographers arrive! we dont mind helping to finalize things to be photo ready. Please understand that we may have appointments scheduled after this as well. If the property is clearly not ready and it will take substantial time to get ready, we may have to leave the appointment and reschedule. Your photographer will make contact with you and document all reasons for the on site cancellation.

Weather Policy

We understand fully how hard you and your client have worked to get the property ready for media day and take this very seriously. While we all try to plan for beautiful days, sometimes it does not work out. We offer multiple options for severe weather to ensure your media comes out the best way possible. We prefer to reschedule the entire session and will notify you 12 hours minimum before your appointment time. We will also work with you and your client if rescheduling interiors is just not an option

Travel Fee

$50/50miles

Quality Aerial Solutions, Inc loves to travel and we are more than happy to help when if you need us to cover some distance to a site. We operate within a 50 mile radius of Richlands, NC. Outside of this radius with will charge $50 for every 50 miles from Richlands, NC.

For events that require overnight stays the travel and lodging fee will be agreed upon prior to finalization of booking the project!

For events that require other means of travel such as air, train, bus, or boat, expenses will be covered by the client and agreed upon prior to finalization of booking.

While we try to make this as painless and easy as possible there are some thing that we do address with our Copyright Licensing. By booking services with Quality Aerial Solutions, Inc. you agree to these terms.

Limited Use Copyright License

This is included with all packages for our clients. Our standard copyright license allows our clients a limited use copyright license. The client is allowed to use all media for for personal use, with unlimited web sharing and printing for personal use. Media cannot be sold to outside parties. Quality Aerial Solutions, Inc retains ultimate copyrights for all media.

MLS Listing photo Copyright licensing

Quality Aerial Solutions, Inc grants the use of all media to the original Real Estate Agent that booked the service! The client is granted the usage of all media for advertisement of the property on all web applications, MLS/IDX, etc. The client is also granted the unlimited use of all media in print applications. The client is also granted the right to use the media for self promotion of themselves and the Brokerage that they represent. Media is not allowed to be transferred to another agent for their use or resold to another agent!

Commercial Limited Copyright License Agreement

For commercial projects such as but not limited to AirBnB, VRBO, Contractors, Vendors, Construction companies, Architects, Interior designer, etc. Quality Aerial Solutions, Inc offers limited usage for promotion of the business or property owner to promote the property/product. The client is allowed unlimited web usage, social sharing, etc. The client is also granted the unlimited usage in print media with the inclusion of photo credits to Quality Aerial Solutions, Inc. They are granted permission to Print for resale all media to promote their individual product or company. The client is not allowed to transfer or sell their copyright usage to another company, individual, vendor, architect, etc..

In the event that an outside company or individual would like access to the media they can purchase a copyright agreement from Quality Aerial Solutions, Inc.
